  • So go to Dialer/Phone Application.
  • Then click on 3 dots.

  1. Could be many reasons. But this fixed mine (Android Pixel 2 XL on AT&T):
    Settings / Network & Internet / Mobile Network / Preferred network type:
    WAS: “LTE (recommended)”
    CHANGED TO: “3G”
