Viber Application Verification Code or Otp Not Received Problem Solved

If you sign in on your Viber Application, you will not receive an OTP Code or a Verification Code.

First Method:

• Go to Settings.

• Then go to App Manager.





• Then click on Messages Application.





• Then click on Force Stop.





• Then go to Storage.





• Then you have to Clear Cache.





• Then go to Permissions.





• Then you have to Enable SMS permission.





• If it is already enabled then disable it and then enable it.

• Doing this will solve your problem.

• Now you can sign in to the Viber application to see if the Verification Code OTP is being received or not.

• If not received then try the second method.

Second Method:

• Go to Settings.

• Then click on App Manager.

• Then go to Viber App.

• Then click on Force Stop.

• Then go to Storage.

• Then click on clear cache and clear data also.

• Then go back.

• Then go to Permissions.

• Then Enable all Permissions.

• Then restart your Phone.

• Now try again to sign in to the Viber application to see if the Verification Code OTP received or not.
