The first step is to restart your computer so simply restart your computer once and after the system restart and launch the game.

Step 2: Go to this location and Rename or Delete the Win64 folder

SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\HighOnLife\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\OpenXR\win64, rename or delete Win64 folder

Now the next step is to go to this location and this is for steam users and rename this win64 folder or you can even try deleting this folder and then check now for this open Steam make a right click on the game select manage then click on browse local files it will take you to the game installation folder now open this engine folder now open binaries folder, open third-party folder now over over here you can see open XR folder so open this openxr over here you will find win64 folder so create a backup first so copy this file you can save this to desktop now go back so if something wrong happens you can always put the file back now you can rename this folder you can make or right click click on rename and you can rename win64 ABC or one two three whatever you want and then check if that does not work you can also try deleting this win64 folder make a right click and then click on delete and then launch the game now this has worked for many players so after deleting that win64 folder players were able to launch the game so you can try this.

Step 3: Delete The Save Game Files (This will result in loss of game progress)

Now the next step is to delete the save game files now before you delete the save game file let me inform you that this will result in a loss of game progress so you have to start everything from scratch to delete the save game files now open File Explorer go to this PC open C drive open users folder now open your username folder now open app data folder open local folder now over here you can see find Oregon folder so over here you can see this folder now make a right click and then click on delete now once this is deleted Now launch the game.

Step 5: Disable Chromatic aberration:

Now the next step is to disable chromatic aberration now for this you have to open the engine.ini folder now for this has worked for many players to fix the stuttering issue so you can try this now go to this location for this open File Explorer again go to this PC C drive open users folder now open your username folder now open app data now open local folder now open Oregon folder now open saved folder now open config folder open Windows no editor folder now open this engine.ini the folder file actually make a right click and then open with Notepad now over here at the end you can add these lines you can copy and paste over here copy these system settings.

So copy these end entries and then paste them at the end then click on a file then click on Save and then make right-click once again and select properties and then put a check on read-only over here and then click on apply click on okay do the same thing with game User settings.ini make a double click paste all the entries over here and then go to file then click on Save then make a right click and then select properties and then put a check on read-only apply okay Now launch the game now this has fixed the stuttering issue for many players so you can try this for Game Pass user you can open this win G DK folder and do the same thing open engine paste it save it foreign do the same thing with game user settings.ini paste it and then paste all the files over here all the entries over here and then click on Save so for Windows Game Pass user try this for steam users and open this folder that should fix the stuttering this has worked for many players so it might work for you.
