Mircosoft Account Otp Not Received Verification code Problem

When you go to create a Mircosoft account on your phone. So you don't receive an OTP.

So how will you solve this problem in this blog, I will tell you. So please read my blog carefully.

• First, go to Settings.

• Then go to More Settings.

• Then go to App Manager.

• Now you have to find the Message Application of your Phone here And click on it.

• Then click on Force Stop.

• You have to on all the permission.

• If all the permissions are already on then turn off once then turn it on

• Then go back.

• Now you have to find your application in which you are creating a Microsoft account.

• I am using Excel, click on whatever application you are using.

• Then click on Force Stop.

• Then go Storage.

• Then you have to clear the cache and clear data also.

• But keep in mind that if you have any data in your Excel application, it will be deleted.

• So if there is any data in your Excel application, then you do not clear the data otherwise the data will be deleted.

• Then click on Permission.

• You have to on all the permission.

• Now you try to create an account to see if you have received OTP or not.

• Doing this will definitely solve your problem.
