How to Fix WhatsApp Problems Downloading or Sending Media Files Problem Solve

If you are having problems downloading and sending media files inside WhatsApp.

So WhatsApp has given some instructions to solve this problem.

So we follow these instructions:

1. So the first point here is that maybe your phone has an internet connection problem or there is no network on your phone.

• So if our phone has a connectivity problem, to solve it, Go to Phone's Settings.

• Then go to Mobile Network.

• And Enable Data Network.

• Then go back.

• Enable Airplane Mode.

• Then Disable it.

• Doing this will solve your Connectivity problem.

2. The second point is that perhaps the time and date of your phone is not correct.

• So to solve it, Go back to Settings.

• Search for Date and Time.

• And Enable Auto.

• Doing this will solve your Date and Time problem.

3. The third point is that perhaps your phone has an issue related to the SD card.

• Maybe your SD card space is full.

• Perhaps read-only mode is enabled on your SD card.

• Or your SD card is defective.

• So to solve all these problems, Go back to Settings.

• Then go to RAM and Storage Space/Storage.

• Then check whether your phone has enough storage or not.

• If not, then Delete unused files, apps, and photos.

• In your phone in SD card is enable to Read-Only Mode.

• If it is Enable, then Disable it.

• Try to download file some other apps to check whether your phone has enough space or not.

• If the file is download then your SD card is not in Read-Only Mode.

• If it is not set to Read-Only Mode then also the files are not downloaded then Erase all data of your WhatsApp.

• Before Erasing backup your chat history.

• For backup, Go to Whatsapp.

• Then go to three dots.

• Then go to Settings.

• Click on Chats.

• Go to Chat Backup.

• Then click on Backup.

• Your WhatsApp Backup saves to Google Drive/Google Account.

• You can include videos for backup.

• So you can take your WhatsApp Backup.

• Then go to Settings.

• Then go to App Manager/Apps.

• Then go to the Whatsapp application.

• Click on Storage.

• And Erase all data from here, by clicking on Clear Data.

• Restart your phone, by long-press your phone's power button.

• Doing this will solve your Data problem.

• If by doing all the steps your problem is not solved then maybe your SD card is damaged or there is an issue.
