Go to settings.
Then go to General.

And make sure that your phone's software is updated.
If not then update first.

If your rotation problem is still not solved.
Then you have to turn off the rotation button and then on.

Sometimes this problem occurs due to a bug in the phone's software.
Or your problem may be related to hardware.
The hardware problem means that the rotation option is somewhat internally damaged.
To solve a problem related to hardware, you have to go to the repairer's shop.
For the proximity sensor, if your phone is under warranty, then you will repair it for free at the service center.
But if your phone is not under warranty then you will have to go to the mobile repair shop.
