Mobile Sound or Ringtone Not Working on Realme C15

If any call is coming to your phone then the sound of the ringtone is not coming. Or is there a sound problem?

So here I will tell you its solution. So read my blog carefully.

• So first, go to Sound and Vibration and check if any volume low, So you make the volume high.

• Then go to Settings.

• Then go to Software Update.

• And check whether your Software is an update or not. If not please update it.

• This is a Software related problem.

• But maybe your phone having Hardware related problems.

• Go to Additional Settings.

• Then click on Backup & Reset.

• Then click on Erase all data (Factory Reset).

• Then click on Reset System Settings Only.

• Sometimes you make some wrong settings and forget that you make some settings.

• It just fixes the wrong settings.

• So no data will be deleted from here.

• Then you have to long-press your phone's power button and Restart your phone.

• After that, When your phone is on check whether your problem is solved or not.

• When I made some wrong settings by mistake

• Then I tried the same solution and my problem was solved.
