If you are not getting an OTP in Vodafone or VI SIM.

If you are creating an account in any application like Instagram, Whatsapp, Paytm, Google pay, PhonePe, etc. But you are not receiving an OTP.

  • Go to Settings.
  • Then go to App Manager.

  • Then click on Messages Application.

  • Then click on Force Stop.

  • Then go to Storage.

  • Then you have to Clear Cache.

  • Then go to Permissions.

  • Then you have to Enable SMS permission.

  • If it is already enabled then disable it and then enable it.
  • Doing this will solve your problem.
  • But it is not solved, then the application of which you are creating/Sign in an account may also have permission is Disable.
  • So Enable the SMS permission of that application in which you are creating/Sign in an account. like Twitter.
  • But if the OTP is still not received, then your SMS service may have stopped from the company.
  • So to solve this problem you have to call customer care at 198.
