Many State Bank of India (SBI) customers suffered errors in transferring out transactions at banks' Yono app (You Only Need One) on Tuesday, December 2.

Several used social media to tell the bank that people occurred unable to make transactions.

SBI customers lamented the bank's mobile app did showing error code 'M005' and causing obstacles to their transactions.

  • Go to settings.
  • Then go to App Manager/Apps.

  • Then click on Force Stop.

  • Then go to Storage.

  • Then click on clear cache.

  • Then go back.
  • Then click on Permissions.

  • Then Enable all the permissions.

  • Then long-press your phone's power button.
  • And Reboot/Restart your phone.

  • After restarting the phone, Go to YONO SBI Application and check the error code of M005 is solved or not.
  • Doing this will definitely solve your problem.
  • If your problem is still not solved then it means the server of SBI YONO Application's Server is down.
  • So you try again after some time.
