• First of all, Go to settings.

• If your Xiaomi 12 PRO phone has a problem related to software, then you will have to go to About Phone.






• Then go to MIUI Version.






• From here we have to check whether your system is up to date or not.

• If your system is not up to date, please update it.

• Then you have to update your Xiaomi 12 PRO phone.

• Updating the software will solve your software-related problem.

• Because sometimes the software is not updated, this problem occurs.

• Sometimes it happens that such a problem occurs on your Xiaomi 12 PRO phone, and you make any setting to solve that problem.

• So to solve that problem, click on Factory Reset.
