Select Properties below the list.
Select Use the following DNS server addresses.
1. Enter a new preferred and alternate DNS servers. Two good options are:
Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
Google: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
2. Select OK at the bottom of the window to save the changes.
3. Try running Windows Update again to see if you can connect.
