SonyLIV 4-Digit OTP Code Confirmation And Verification Code Problem Solved

If you sign in on your SonyLIV Application, you will not receive an OTP Code or a 4-Digit OTP Verification Code.

So how will you solve this problem in this blog, I will tell you. So read my blog carefully.

First Method:

• Go to Settings.

• Then go to Manage Apps.





• Then find the Messaging Application, and go on it.





• Then click o Force Stop.





• Then click on Clear All Data.





• Then click on clear cache and clear data.





• Then go to App Permissions.





• Allow all the permissions from here.

• If it is already enabled then disable it and then enable it.

• Doing this will solve your problem.

• Now you can sign in to the SonyLIV application to see if the Verification Code OTP is being received or not.

• If not received then try the second method.

Second Method:

• Go to Settings.

• Then go to Manage Apps.

• Then find the SonyLIV Application, and go on it.

• Then click o Force Stop.

• Then click on Clear All Data.

• Then click on clear cache and clear data.

• Then go to App Permissions.

• Allow all the permissions from here.

• Then restart your Phone.

• Now try again to sign in to the SonyLIV application to see if the OTP was received or not.
