If you sign in on your RBL MoBank2.0 App Mobile Banking Application, you will not receive an OTP Code or a Verification Code.

First Method:
Go to Settings.
Then go to App Manager.
Then click on Messages Application.
Then click on Force Stop.
Then go to Storage.
Then you have to Clear Cache.
Then go to Permissions.
Then you have to Enable SMS permission.
If it is already enabled then disable it and then enable it.
Doing this will solve your problem.
Now you can sign in to the RBL MoBank2.0 App Mobile Banking Application to see if the OTP is being received or not.
If not received then try the second method.
Second Method:
Go to Settings.
Then click on App Manager.
Then go to RBL MoBank2.0 Bank App.
Then click on Force Stop.
Then go to Storage.
Then click on clear cache and clear data also.
Then go back.
Then go to Permissions.
Then Enable all Permissions.
Then restart your Phone.
Now try again to sign in to the RBL MoBank2.0 App Mobile Banking Application to see if the OTP received or not.
So in this way you can solve your OTP Not Received problem.
