- Go to your Phone's Settings.
- Then go to PhonePe Application.
- Then click on Force Stop.
- Then tap on clear cache and clear data also.
- Then Enable All Permissions.
- Then Go to the Phone's Settings.
- Then go to Mobile Network.
- Then go to that SIM you use to call.
- Then See the VoLTE HD Call is enabled or not if it is not enabled then enable it.
- And check you have a balance or not.
- And then Restart your Phone.
- Log in with the number that is linked with your Bank Account.
- Then the last step is to try to add Bank Account.
