First Method:

• Go to Settings.

• Then go to App Manager.





• Then click on Messages Application.





• Then click on Force Stop.





• Then go to Storage.





• Then you have to Clear Cache.





• Then go to Permissions.





• Then you have to Enable SMS permission.





• If it is already enabled then disable it and then enable it.

• Doing this will solve your problem.

• Now you can sign in to the Indian Post Payment Bank IPPB Mobile application to see if the Verification Code OTP is being received or not.

• If not received then try the second method.

Second Method:

• Go to Settings.

• Then go to Apps.

• Then go to Manage Apps.

• Then find the Indian Post Payment Bank IPPB Mobile Application, go on it.

• Then click o Force Stop.

• Then click on Clear All Data.

• Then click on clear cache and clear data.

• Then go to App Permissions.

• Allow all the permissions from here.

• Then restart your Phone.

• Now try again to sign in to the Indian Post Payment Bank IPPB Mobile application to see if the OTP was received or not.
