First Method:
- Go to Settings.
- Then go to App Manager.
- Then click on Messages Application.
- Then click on Force Stop.
- Then go to Storage.
- Then you have to Clear Cache.
- Then go to Permissions.
- Then you have to Enable SMS permission.
- If it is already enabled then disable it and then enable it.
- Doing this will solve your problem.
- Now you can sign in to the Instagram application to see if the Verification Code OTP is being received or not.
- If not received then try the second method.
Second Method:
- Go to Settings.
- Then go to Apps.
- Then go to Manage Apps.
- Then find the Instagram Application, and go on it.
- Then click on Force Stop.
- Then click on Clear All Data.
- Then click on clear cache and clear data.
- Then go to App Permissions.
- Allow all the permissions from here.
