1. Run Audio Troubleshooter

Now the first step is to run the audio troubleshooter for this open Windows 11 settings go to the system now click on troubleshoot over here now click on other troubleshooters you can see the playing audio option so in front of playing audio, you will see the run option click on run and once the troubleshoot is complete so select your speaker first over here so select your speaker and then click on next and once the troubleshoot is complete now check the audio still you're facing the problem scroll down over here you can see recording audio in front of it you will see the Run option run once the robust is complete open Zoom app and then check the audio now still you're facing the problem.

2. Check the Volume of the Mixer

Then check the volume mixture now for this on the bottom right over here you can see the speaker icon maker right click on the speaker icon and then click on open volume action and over here you will find the Zoom meeting app over here so make sure the audio is 100 over here so if this is on mute you can slide it to 100 make sure this is 100 100 it is set 200 now you can open Zoom app and then check now still you're facing the problem.

3. Make sure the Microphone is enabled

Then make sure the microphone is enabled now for this maker actually on the start menu and then open device manager now over here expand sound article and game controllers select your audio over here and make sure this is enabled over here so if this is disabled over here make a right click and make sure that this is enabled in my case this is already enabled so you will see enable option and then open control panel now go to hardware and sound click on sound now over here make sure your speaker is enabled over here so if disabled you can make a right click you will see the enable option in my case this is already enabled go to recording tab also make sure microphone is enabled over here so if not you can make a right click and then you can enable in my case this is already enabled in your case if this is disabled you will see enable options so make sure microphone and speaker is enabled in the sound control panel.

4. Allow Zoom to access Microphone

Now next step is to allow Zoom to access the microphone now for this open Windows settings once again and then go to privacy and scroll down and over here you will see the microphone click on the microphone and make sure microphone access is on over here also make sure let apps access your microphone that is also on over here and also make sure let desktop apps access your microphone make sure this is also on and you will see zoom over here make sure Zoom is listed so make sure let the desktop app access your microphone is on make sure this is also on also make sure the right audio device is selected so go to system and then go to sound and make sure that you have the right audio device over selected over here so in my case my speaker is real Tech so make sure that you have the right audio device over here selected and make sure microphone is selected over here.

5. Make sure "Use this device" is checked in the sound properties

Now the next step is to make sure use this device is checked in sound properties so type in control panel in the Windows search box and then click on the control panel and then click on hardware and sound now click on sound under playback over here you can see speaker make a right click on your speaker and then click on properties and then go to Advanced tab now over here under General over here you will see device usage so make sure use this device is enabled over here and then click on apply click on ok now go to recording select your microphone make a right click and then select properties now again make sure your device usage is set to use this device enabled and then click on apply click on OK and then open Zoom app and then check.

6. Uncheck "Allow Hardware Acceleration of audio with this device" and "Enable Audio Enhancement"

Next step is to uncheck allow Hardware acceleration of audio with this device now for this again open control panel in Windows search box type in control panel and open control panel then go to hardware and sound now click on sound now over here select your speaker and then make Oracle then select properties go to Advanced tab now over here if you see an option which says allow Hardware acceleration of audio with this device in my case I don't have that option over here if you don't have you can skip that skip you can skip the step so if you see allow Hardware acceleration of audio with this device over here you can uncheck the box in my case it's not there also uncheck the box which says enable audio enhancement so uncheck this box then click on apply click on ok now go to recording tab do the same thing with microphone make a right click select properties go to Advanced again over here if you find allow Hardware acceleration of audio with this device if you see this uncheck the box in my case I don't have it if you have it uncheck that box also uncheck the box which is enable audio enhancement and then check the audio.

7. Update Audio Driver

Now the next step is to update the audio driver for this make our actions in the start menu then click on Device Manager now expand the sound article and game controllers select your audio device make a right click then click on update driver click on browse my computer for drivers and then click on let me pick from our list of available drivers on my computer now over here if you have Realtek audio selected or any other audio device if you see real text selected over here then you can select high definition audio device and then click on next and then restart your computer and then open Zoom app now if high definition audio device is selected over here in that case you can select Realtek and then click on next after the installation restart your computer and then open Zoom app and then check.
